Hilton Garden Inn expands in Apac with two new signings in Busan and Hyderabad
Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally is the city’s 3rd Hilton accommodation, after the recently launched 115-key Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, and the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli. The latter are going to have 304 guestrooms and suites.
The hotel is South Korea’s subsequent Hilton Garden Inn, with the very first being a 208-key property in Gangnam, Seoul, that started in 2021. Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang will contribute to the firm’s 11 trading and pipeline hotels in South Korea.
Situated within a mixed-use development, the 96-room hotel includes an all-day dining place with a bar, and over 10,000 sq ft of meeting and activity space. The property is close to Grade A workplace and retail channels, with ease of access to key downtown through the Outer Ring Road, a 158km-long freeway circling around Hyderabad.

Noh Dae Hyun, director of MS&C Co, states, “By leveraging Gijang’s natural surroundings and regional infrastructure, we intend to create a differentiated place that incorporates hospitality, wellness and housing experiences.”
In the coastal country of Gijang in Busan, Hilton authorized an operation contract with South Korean F&B manufacturing business MS&C Co, to introduce Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang.
International reception giant Hilton has already introduced the signings of 2 new Hilton Garden Inn properties across Asia Pacific (Apac)– in Busan, South Korea, and Hyderabad, India– that will both start in 2028.
Hilton Garden Inn is the business’s high end label that gives economical lodgings with increased amenities. The label has about 40 trading hotels in Apac.
In India, the firm has partnered with Fairmont Group, a property firm located in the city, to present Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally. This is the label’s first hotel and resort in Hyderabad.
Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang will offer a all-day dining restaurant, cafe and lounge, fitness centre, swimming pool, spa and sauna amenities. It is near local attractions including Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Lotte World Adventure Busan and Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets.
The 111-key lodging will be element of a bigger mixed-use project, and is well-positioned to take advantage of Busan’s expanding account as a recreational, health and health care tourism hub, says Hilton. The city is targetting to invite 100,000 international medical visitors yearly by 2030.
